At McKillans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the progress of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
